Nectar Bath Treats CEO, Tom Taicher, left Israel as a young man, and understands firsthand the struggles of immigrants and refugees in the U.S., the Lighthouse partnership and creation of the Nectar Bath Treats training program, is an integral part of his commitment and core values to empower employees by providing tools and a platform for self-development and giving back to the community.

The Nectar Bath Treats employment training program teaches valuable and critical job skills, including creating hand-made items, developing and tracking inventory, packaging inventory for shipment, and working in a team environment, while gaining familiarity with the American workplace and business culture.
